GAMERS are spotting hidden messages in the new Xbox trailers.
Several reckon that Microsoft is secretly revealing juicy details about its secretive Project Scorpio in Facebook and Twitter videos.
Uber enthusiastic Microsoft fans have been watching the clips in slow-motion and have picked up numbers relating to the console’s specs – and a possible launch date.
They spotted the symbols 6>4 – which they claim relates to its six teraflops of performance and 4K graphics.
If you look really closely in the above video, the numbers can be seen written on a white tent next to a ferris wheel at around 00:27.
Another teaser, which Microsoft published on Facebook, reportedly shows the numbers X10S101-317 written onstage as a crowd goes wild.
After squinting pretty hard – we’ve not been able to make out the symbols.
But conspiracy theorists reckon this alludes to the console release date, October 13 2017.
There’s no confirmation on what the X10S means – but it’s not hard to see why people might think it relates to “Xbox” and “Scorpio”.
The trailers are all teasers for Microsoft’s big announcement at the annual gaming conference, E3.
It’s hoped they will reveal all about the secretive Scorpio project – which they promise will be the “most powerful console” available.
The announcement will kick off at 10pm on 11 June.
