‘Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’ On The Nintendo Switch Is Now Released In The West – Forbes
While Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 on the Nintendo Switch was released in Japan at the start of September, the game has now finally come Westward.
A port of the original Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 that was released on PS4, Xbox One and PC last year, this Switch version changes a few things up a bit.
The obvious and main improvements are that the game now leverages the local multiplayer setup available on the Switch and supports motion controls with the Joy-Cons.
The local multiplayer functionality is a big part of the Switch’s inherent appeal and Xenoverse 2 is exactly the right kind of game to help show that off as well as bring new players into the fold.
Considering how massively popular the Dragon Ball series is across the world, a game like Xenoverse 2 on the Switch will inevitably bring fans of the saga to try the game out on this new console and that is definitely a good thing.
For me, the fact that I can now play Xenoverse 2 at home and on the move is a hugely useful and convenient option.
