Xbox One X vs PS4 Pro: Microsoft fans FINALLY get the games news they’ve been waiting for – Express.co.uk

Crucially, however, Kabbelgaard said that we probably won’t notice much difference between the smaller games, but triple-A blockbusters are a different matter altogether.

“Generally,  for smaller games the difference will not really matter, but for the big AAA games I do expect a higher, more stable framerate on the Xbox One X, and most likely more games that will be able to run true 4K.”

The only thing holding the Xbox One X back is if some studios decide not to take advantage of the console’s power.

This is kind of what happened with Destiny 2, which will stick to 30 frames-per-second on Xbox One X, even though the console should be able to handle 60 frames-per-second.
